As a systemic psychotherapist I work in individual, couple or family settings.
As such, this means that when a person consults me, I will consider them within the different systems in which they evolve, that influence them and that they influence in turn.
In order to extend my range of skills I have also chosen to specialize in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma related issues.

I am of a curious, dynamic, caring and welcoming nature and I believe that we have the necessary skills within us to overcome and face our difficulties and that it’s most often a question of remobilizing our inner resources.
Having evolved in an international and humanitarian environment as well as being binational and in Switzerland for the past 10 years I am particularly sensitive to questions pertaining to expatriation, migration and intercultural encounters.
